Thanks to communication technologies, innovative energy efficiency in terms of sustainability and a new social and economical  awarness, we have the possibility to create and enjoy a smart community. The city responds to this needs changing itself through the theorical methods of the flexible city. Without these tools, this vision would be just a theory or utopic point of view.
